Portfolio Student User Guide

  1. You will locate your portfolio by accessing Field Experience Module in your course

Or you may locate via the link in your MyPhoenix via the quick link “TK20/ Time Logs” located at the footer of the page.

  • Once you are in TK20 you will see this view below; locate the tab on the left-hand side titled “Portfolios”.
  • Once you have clicked on portfolios will see the portfolio that have been assigned to you. Click into the name of the portfolio to further access.
  • Inside the portfolio you will import your previous field experience binder from the previous course (CCMH 592, CCMH 597A/B). To do this you will locate the tab titled for each course to further complete that import process.
  • Inside each tab you will see a “Select” button. Click on that select button to access the list of your past previous course binders. From here you will select the binder that applies to the selected course tab (i.e. the binder you completed for CCMH 592, 597A, or 597B)

Once you have located the appropriate binder, click the “Add” button to further select that binder.

  • Once you have added the binder you will be placed back in the portfolio tab. From here you will want to ensure that you have saved that selection to the tab. Click on the “Save” button located on that tab. DO NOT use the submit button until you have added binders for all three course tabs.

Additional Notes

Throughout the portfolio you will see a “Submit” button. The submit button should only be used once you have added everything into the binder that you need to the portfolio. Do not click “Submit” until you have added a field experience binder to each tab. You will repeat this process as you progress through each clinical placement course. You will only submit at the very end once you have added your final CCMH 597B Binder. Should you lock yourself out of the portfolio, please email our inbox at AMT.Questions@phoenix.edu
