Jessica Maria Willams

Director of Communications

I am currently attending University of Phoenix obtaining an Associate degree in Business Administration and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship. I plan to use my degrees to help me continue to improve my mobile restaurant business. Over the years, I have become a skilled leader and effective teammate. My achievements include a 3.8 GPA, Dean List Student, and a lifetime membership with National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I am thrilled to bring my passion and enthusiasm to SHRM.

Shelli Ajeti

Student Chapter Vice President

My name is Shelli Ajeti, and I reside in Southern Idaho. My life is characterized by an active lifestyle, particularly with my two teenage boys. Together, we prioritize spending quality time outdoors, frequently embarking on road trips to explore new areas ideal for paddleboarding. This recreational activity not only fosters our family bond but also allows us to appreciate the natural beauty of our surroundings. In instances where paddleboarding is not feasible, we take our three dogs out for hiking adventures, further enriching our experiences as a family.

In addition to enjoying outdoor activities, my children and I are passionate advocates for our local domestic violence shelter and actively participate in various community initiatives. Our involvement has instilled in us a sense of responsibility towards social justice and community support. We believe that contributing positively to society is essential, and through our advocacy efforts, we aim to raise awareness about domestic violence while supporting those affected by it.

Recently, I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration along with a Human Resource Certificate. This academic achievement has opened doors for me professionally; I am now employed within the Business-to-Business Department of the Finance Team at the University of Phoenix. As I embark on this new chapter in my career, I am eager to expand my knowledge and foster connections both within my local community and at the university level. This pursuit aligns with my commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
